One on One Mentoring:
Together we'll work on maximizing your PWG Profile as well as your website so that they are both working together to attract couples who are the best fit for your business. Let's tackle your short term & long term goals, and how to continue to serve all couples in an authentic way using the products and services PWG has to offer, specifically created just for your business. Need some wedding show/booth help? I am so your girl!! Shows are a not to be missed opportunity, well worth your investment to get in some face to face time and let couples see and hear your excitement about being a part of their day! Let me help showcase your talents that will offer your clients an experience that only YOU can deliver.
Small Groups and Round Tables:
Gather your industry friends for a 3 or 4 hour educational meet up to discuss current trends, struggles, and find motivation and inspiration. These can be held in a photographers’ studio, florists’ workspace, or anywhere we can gather around a table and share!! No AV set ups required! Round Tables are my favorite way to teach, and with everyone participating and adding the good & the bad, we all leave with actions, steps and encouragement that we can immediately take back to our businesses and implement!! The bonus is--- we all get out of our offices and do some good old-fashioned face to face meeting and share a laugh or two…….and so much more!!
These can be one or more days. Most requested is the 5-hour one day workshop. A smaller venue or hotel meeting space is often ideal for these workshops as more vendors can attend. We often see attendees that drive from 100 miles or so to participate. AV set-ups are required as they are used for presentation on a specific topic and often include more than one presenter or panel discussion. This happens mostly with a morning start time and ends in the afternoon so everyone can head home! Plan to arrive early for some connecting with fellow vendors before the workshop begins, and then we often break for lunch where you know most of the ‘AHA!’ moments happen!! I always suggest we set up a headshot bar so attendees can have the chance to grab a few new branding photos of themselves and/or their team! There are so many options for these one-day workshops that can be customized for your market! Also very popular are the multi-day workshops that include all the single day events, but you can add in an evening night shoot for those photographers attending- or maybe a floral or flat-lay class! Of course, with more than one day it's another opportunity for connecting over dinner and getting to know each other even more. The second day is set aside for a styled shoot where educators will be on hand to help you see things in a new way while you photograph (or are sharing your talents by providing the elements of the shoot). If the styled shoot is not for you, we can always add in a break-out session that can be customized with more educational opportunities! Think Wedding MBA but on a local level and without slot machines! If you have an idea for a workshop, share it!!!!! I would love to hear it and make it happen!
Coffee + Conversation, Lunch and Learn, (and YES we can even do Cocktails + Conversation):
These are our most requested educational opportunities next to Round Tables!! Just as they suggest, we can gather during these times of the day and chat all about owning a wedding business --and well, anything else wedding related. I will say that growing in popularity are these evening meetups where we also invite some engaged couples. We can do a panel Q+A and have pros take questions from engaged couples then of course have some time to meet in a more boutique style setting for some one on one with couples that are looking to book your services.

Hosting an event? I would love to attend and do some live interviews with those attending and create an informative or Q+A Episode about the event or gather input from those participating that will be both entertaining and helpful to listeners.
